The Illinois Section of ITE is excited to host a luncheon featuring Holly Bieneman from the Illinois Department of Transportation.
This luncheon will be held at Francesca's on Chestnut in downtown Chicago in the Mag Mile area. Lunch will be preceded by an opportunity to network and catch up with colleagues in our industry.

Holly Bieneman is currently the Director of the Office of Planning and Programming at the Illinois Department of Transportation and has held that position since September 2020. The Office is responsible for developing the long range/multi-modal planning documents, coordinating with metropolitan planning organizations, developing multi-year multi-modal programs, collecting and analyzing data, completing research for the department, and evaluating innovative project delivery options. Prior to working at IDOT, Ms. Bieneman worked for the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning where she worked on the development of long range plans, the Transportation Improvement Program, and coordinating with regional stakeholders. Ms. Bieneman worked previously as a planning liaison with the McHenry County Council of Mayors. She received an undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University in Public Administration and Economics as well as a graduate degree in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University.
