Thank you to everyone who came to the Student-Practitioner event at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign on Wednesday, October 23rd alongside the Traffic Engineering and Safety Conference (TES)! Students had the opportunity to ask questions to professionals from across the state and get some great networking in with transportation engineering professionals. We had a great time hanging out with students who truly showcased their value to new employers/interviewers! They were very impressed! Thank you to the 30+ students and 8 practitioners who attended and participated in the great opportunity to connect, eat pizza, and to have a great discussion on the future of transportation.
