On November 3rd, we celebrated the completion of the 2022 IL-ITE Mentorship Match Program! Participants in the program enjoyed a night of libations and mini golf at Big Mini Putt in Wicker Park. The mentorship program is a great way to learn from some of the best and brightest of our industry here in Illinois, thanks to all who participated.
And if you're looking to get involved in our mentorship match program next year (if at least to join on our awesome end-of-year social), we'd love to have you! It's a great experience, and you're neither too young nor too old to join as a mentor/mentee (just like how you're never too old for a classic "silly one" pic), so stay tuned for more info on next year's program!
