ILITE saw some amazing city designs and civil engineering on display at the 2025 Future City Competition on January 18th. Future City Competition introduces 6th, 7th and 8th graders to engineering with popular Sim City software. Students design cities with simulation software, build scale models, write essays and give oral presentations on their city’s design. The event is called the Future City event because each team spends months designing cities that could exist at least 100 years in the future.
Nandan Baheti attended the event to represent ILITE as a special awards sponsor. Nandan saw some amazing presenters and projects. Great work to all of the students who participated.
